Hear what happened, not just that it happenedEach fall alert carries the 20 seconds of sound around it. Background noise is cleaned up and the impact is marked, so staff can jump right to it. The sensor sends nothing unless it suspects a fall.

Know if they're OK before anyone drives overRight after a fall alert, the sensor asks if they're OK. "Help" or a knock on the floor marks the alert Fell and needs help; "I'm fine" marks it OK. Staff see the answer on the alert and can play it back.

The first voice they hear can be yoursWhile the alert is open, staff or family talk with the client right through the sensor — no phone to reach, nothing to wear. Live calls aren't recorded.
