OwlCare is the main application for account access, monitoring, alarms, radar and sleep related features, and app updates. WisefidoBle is used for device setup and provisioning. OwlCare may also include device configuration features similar to those provided by WisefidoBle.
Depending on the feature you use, the apps may access the following information or device capabilities:
The apps may communicate with Wisefido services and with device-related endpoints selected during setup or use. Network communication is used to support sign-in, monitoring, configuration, update checks, and other app functions that require online access.
We do not describe these apps as selling personal information. Information is used to provide application functions and related service operations. When a configuration flow requires communication with a destination selected by the user or administrator, the related setup information may be sent to that destination as part of the requested device setup.
The apps may store tokens, configuration values, preferences, and other necessary working data on the device so that core features continue to operate correctly. Reasonable technical measures should be used to protect this information, but no mobile or networked environment can guarantee absolute security.
We retain account information, configuration records, operational logs, and other related data only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the apps and related services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, protect security, and support legitimate operational needs. Retention periods may also vary depending on the deployment model and the policies of the organization or administrator that manages your service environment. When data is no longer required for these purposes, we aim to delete it, de-identify it, or securely limit further use in accordance with applicable law and operational constraints.
If you want to request deletion of your personal data, please contact WiseFido LLC at service@wisefido.com or contact your organization administrator when your account or device data is managed by an organization. To help us process the request, please include identifying details such as your account email, organization name, device identifier, or other relevant account information. We will review deletion requests in accordance with applicable law, security requirements, fraud-prevention needs, contractual obligations, and any responsibilities of the organization that controls the data.
These apps are intended for device management, monitoring, and provisioning use cases and are not designed as children-focused services.
